Air Atomising Nozzles - Accessories

Air atomising nozzles can be supplied with manual shut off or clean-out needle assemblies or tip extensions, or as automatic spray guns (Type PA) to control the fluid flow.

Standard model is fitted with a rear end plug. Options include:

• Liquid adjustment and shut-off needle

• Clean-out needle with spring plunger

• Clean out needle with spray extension l,300 mm

• Swivel model to position the spray

• Double opposed spray.

NOZZLE PARTS

1 Retainer ring

2 Air cap (P series - pressure feed; S series - siphon or gravity feed)

3 Fluid cap B series

4 Fluid cap gasket C in PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene "Teflon") or copper

5 Nozzle body

6 Rear gasket F in PTFE or copper

7 Plug

8 Shut-off needle

9 Clean out needle.
