CX Hydraulic Atomising
The low flow rate nozzles Type CX and MX produce very finely atomized droplets using hydraulic pressure alone and provide a semi-full cone spray pattern.
Rated flows are from 3.6 L/ hour to 320 L/ hour; operating pressures from 2.0 Bar to 30 Bar; spray angle nominal 70 degrees. Material: brass or stainless steel AISI grade 303.
Type CX tips are assembled with standard tip assembly components and accessories - (See "Accessories – Spray Tip Components and Accessories" page).
Standard thread connection is ¼"BSPT male, also available 1/8" and 3/8"BSPT male or female as per tip body.
The Type MX is a one piece nozzle with ¼"BSPT male thread. It has an internal thread so it can be fitted with the Type C2 filters in brass or stainless steel. Both filters have a stainless steel screen available in either 50 or 100 mesh apertures. Type MX nozzles are available on request.

To order: specify the nozzle code , size and material - eg 1/4 MX-2B; just the spray tip CX-2S; or 1/4 MCX-18S with body and retainer; and nominate the type of filter required.
