The hollow cone nozzle assembly disc-and-core design Type DV is rated at a higher operating pressure to deliver finer atomization.
The delrin plastic core gives the liquid a rotary motion before it passes through the aperture of a steel disc. The spray pattern is axial, in line with nozzle inlet.
The nozzle uses standard tip assembly components – select retainer and body combinations of stainless steel or brass, and filter of plastic, stainless steel or brass (See "Accessories – Spray Tip Components and Accessories" page).
Rated flows are from 0.4 L/ minute to 17 L/ minute; operating pressures from 3 Bar to 25 Bar. Thread connections 1/8" or ¼"BSPT, male or female as standard tip assembly body.
To order: specify the disk and core combination code - eg DV2.4-45; or the complete tip assembly with retainer and body thread type and material eg 1/4 DV2.4-45-S; and nominate the type of filter required. Standard body thread is ¼"BSPT male.
